When you book an appointment, we collect your name and mobile phone number. We use this information solely to manage your appointment and to send you the text messages described below.
Transactional messages. When you book, you receive an appointment confirmation and a reminder for that specific appointment. These relate directly to the service you requested.
Promotional messages. The booking form also includes a separate, unchecked, optional opt-in checkbox. Only if you check it will you receive occasional offers or promotions from US Nails. Checking it is never required to book.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. No mobile information or SMS/text-messaging opt-in data is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We use the phone carrier and our messaging provider solely to deliver the messages you have agreed to receive.
We retain booking records for a reasonable period to support appointment management and then delete them.
